Researchers know:
- the atmosphere is warmer
- and it’s holding more moisture
They will try to answer the question:
- Did these atmospheric changes have an effect on rainfall amounts?
Researchers know:
- the path the storm took was unusual
They will try to answer the question:
- Is global warming linked to the path the storm took?
