Chemicals used in April attack in Syria

In April 2017, President Assad of Syria launched an attack on his own people, killing 85 Syrians, including 27 kids.

Then:

  • Assad told the world he didn’t use chemical weapons.
  • Russia (Putin) also told the world that Assad didn’t use chemical weapon.

Now:

  • An investigation by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (or OPCW) concluded that Sarin was used in the April 2017 attack.
