United Airlines apologizes after 2015 video shows worker shoving customer

A 71-year old man is knocked to the floor by a United Airlines employee, where he lay motionless for several minutes, unconscious, while employees openly ignore him.

But it wasn’t until the video hit YouTube that the company apologized. Check it out yourself: Video shows United Airlines employee pushing elderly man to the floor

Then, two years later (in 2017), a passenger refuses to give up his seat and is yanked out of the row and dragged down the aisle by a United Airlines employee. Watch that one too: Video shows a passenger forcibly dragged off a United Airlines plane
