United apologizes–again.

United has had some newsworthy moments in its interactions with the public.

  • In April, a passenger is dragged from his seat because United needed the room for their own employees. The incident cost the company 800 million dollars in stock value almost overnight.
  • Two years ago, a 71-year old man is knocked to the floor by a United Airlines employee, where he lay motionless for several minutes, unconscious, while employees openly ignore him.
